Whether in normal daily business activities or unique problem solving situations, at Helios Rising, Inc. a fundamental project management approach can almost always be found in developing the process plan or vetting the end method for a unique solution.

Over the past 15 years members of our core team have operated in lead project management roles on installations with scopes ranging from the most basic and straight forward to those that are highly complex requiring years for completion.   Drafting procedures, evaluating risk and providing comprehensive contract administration are a few examples of commonplace project management practices that we are capable of providing to our customers.
